Administrative Coordinator

At SAB 13JI Immigration Services InC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 30 to 40 hours per week
