The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Greet and seat guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Efficiently manage reservations, taking into account specifications and requirements
• Cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restrooms
• Effective communication with third-party delivery drivers to ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality preferred
