Job Opportunity: Instructional Designer

We are partnering with a leading retail client to find an experienced Instructional Designer to convert Storyline courses into Rise. This role involves integrating Storyline files into a pre-designed Rise template for health and safety training. The courses are approximately 10-15 minutes long and will also require translation into French, with provided translations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert Storyline courses into Rise, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality design
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a high level of attention to detail in course layout, accessibility, and design
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
