Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and operational excellence, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of financial objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Identify and attract top talent to join our team, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Build and lead diverse teams that embody our values of inclusiveness and belonging, promoting a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
What We're Looking For:
- A resourceful and courteous individual with excellent problem-solving skills, able to resolve inquiries with ease.
- A motivated and adaptable team player, eager to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.
- A flexible and agile individual, comfortable working a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout their shift.
- A passionate people leader with a proven track record of delighting customers and building strong relationships.
- An outstanding teammate with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resilient, with experience in a retail setting, preferably in a leadership role.
