About the Role:

At Artigianale Ristorante & Enoteca, we seek a highly skilled Pizza Cook who will lead our kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about Italian cuisine and has experience in food preparation and cooking.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for determining food portion sizes, preparing and cooking meals, and training staff in food preparation and handling. Additionally, they will maintain inventory records and ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. They will be a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
