Job Description

">

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy teams in Calgary Co-op's pharmacies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice and leadership, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care and coaching to other pharmacists.

Responsibilities include providing professional services within the Alberta Health Pharmacy Services Framework, promoting public health initiatives, training and developing other pharmacists, and presenting to other team members, patients, and external community liaisons.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc. or Pharm. D.) from an accredited institution, be licensed and registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacists, and have at least 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

">

Additionally, they will need Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection, knowledge of provincial, federal, and company policies and procedures, administration skills, customer relations skills, reading and oral communication skills, listening and written communication skills, adaptability, interpersonal skills, drive for results, and certification and experience as a certified pharmacist educator (desirable).

Our competitive hourly rates start at $53/hour and go upwards based on experience, with eligibility for incentive up to 7.5% of regular base earnings.

This is a permanent full-time position, with a salary range of $63-$83 per hour, depending on experience.
