As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with our valued commercial customers. This position requires exceptional sales skills, thorough knowledge of Home Depot's product offerings, and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to develop ongoing relations with commercial customers.
- The ability to proactively drive sales and assess current customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace dynamics, including new suppliers and products, to inform customers of changes.
- Effective quoting and account management skills to track customer records.
- The ability to achieve and exceed sales and credit goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A desire to connect with professionals in the industry and build lasting relationships.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An action-oriented attitude and a competitive edge.
This is a full-time position, and candidates should be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. The role also requires physical activity, including ladder climbing and lifting.
We are looking for individuals with a combination of sales, retail, and home improvement industry experience. Multilingualism is an asset.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
