Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from processing payments to preparing aging reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payments and assemble segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP
- Reply to information requests from stakeholders, including shippers, customers, and the sales/marketing department
- Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
- Enter and balance financial data in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts
- Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Contact clients to settle payment issues and establish payment plans as required
- Ensure accuracy of documents and codes
- Detailed and able to work independently
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
- Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
- Current and relevant ERP system experience
