About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team at Momentum Developmental Support Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to clients with special needs in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support clients with daily living activities, including education and life skills development.
  • Assist clients with special needs, such as resolving conflict situations and accompanying them to appointments and social outings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Offer
