Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our member-owners.
  • Processing transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end merchandising areas and till area.
  • Completing opening and closing procedures, reconciling tills, and adhering to established protocols.
  • Performing other duties as required to support the success of our team.
