Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Vitacare Guardian is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Order Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and patients.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
