Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
