We are seeking highly skilled Occupational Therapists who can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our clients' homes. Our team enjoys a fun, upbeat and dynamic environment that keeps them independent and adaptable. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and occasional pediatric referrals.

Our Home Care program offers a unique opportunity for therapists to use a wide range of skills to improve the well-being of clients and build their passion for Home Care. As a new graduate or experienced therapist, our team provides intensive learning and development opportunities to upskill you on community-based work.

We have both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you and be assigned to geographic areas around Simcoe County, Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will assess and develop accurate therapy care plans based on the real environment of our clients, promoting health and safety.
  • You will collaborate with our inter-disciplinary healthcare team to build holistic treatment goals and service plans.
  • You will exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients to solve problems that interfere with their ability to do things that are important to them.

Skill Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • A Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
