About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team at the Jackson Family. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Childcare: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as supervise and care for them at all times.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family.
  • Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and keep records of daily activities and health information.
  • Transportation: Take children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children and provide a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Own home, with room and board provided.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, reliable, and a team player.
