About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Skyblue Services Corporation. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing basic information to clients and the public.
  • Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including ordering office supplies and recording and relaying information.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, sitting, and repetitive tasks. You will be working in a team environment and must be able to work efficiently and effectively with others.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: Heures de travail: 32 hours per week.
