Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Restaurant ICHI GO ICHI E. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every meal.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques, attending workshops and training sessions as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English or French.
