We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Southport Daycare. This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 hours per week.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing tax returns. You will also play a key role in establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and organizational abilities to work effectively with our team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Benefits:
