Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales floor is well-staffed at all times.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and stand for extended periods.
