At Correct Property Services, we are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation and Finishing Expert to join our team. As a Drywall Installation and Finishing Expert, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to ensure a smooth and even surface for painting and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to ensure a proper fit.
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
Work Environment:

As a Drywall Installation and Finishing Expert, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions and physical demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
