Sephora Sales Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Stage Experience Lead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales floor departments and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast members are properly trained in Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Embracing Innovation: Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the client experience.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and executing in-store events that drive sales and engage clients.
- Performance Assessment & Development: Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
