Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required standard.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Tender and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and varying weather conditions.
