About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Professional to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the safety and security of their premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Patrol scheduled sites and locations to maintain high visibility and deter potential security threats.
  • Conduct thorough site and officer inspections to ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License is required.
  • A valid Ontario driver's license (G Class) is necessary for this role.
  • The ideal candidate must meet our insurance company's requirements, including being at least 25 years old as of January 2022.
  • A current driver abstract is mandatory.
  • The candidate must be able to obtain approval from our insurance provider.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a requirement due to our company's policy.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a related position is essential for this role.
  • A post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field, such as law enforcement, is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and exceptional time management techniques are crucial for success in this position.
  • A high level of personal integrity, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor under stressful situations are essential qualities for this role.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-directed skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Night shifts: 7:30 pm - 7:30 am
  • Sun-Thurs: 6 pm - 2 am
  • Fri-Sat: 7 pm - 4 am
