Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Supervisor to join our team at The Meat Factory Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of workers, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting work schedules.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Work Environment

The Meat Factory Limited is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Food Processing Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy environment and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
