B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain filing systems, order supplies, and prepare documents for review.
  • Communication: Provide excellent oral and written communication skills to patients, staff, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
