Job Title: Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for establishing priorities and investigation plans, obtaining accurate information on customer problems, and presenting results to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish priorities and investigation plans for analysts, cash management.
  • Obtain complete and accurate information on customer problems, provide detailed explanations of recommendations to correct imbalances.
  • Presentation of the results of investigations and the resolution of imbalances to clients.
  • Review and analysis of data from cash management systems to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Support of the cash management team in risk analysis and make the necessary corrections to deficient processes.
  • Assistance to the finance team in any request related to the financial and budgetary impacts of claims.
Your Profile:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Technical experience: 6-8 years, including at least 4 years in a cash management department.
  • Field: Administration, Mathematics, Logistics.
  • Management experience: 1-2 years.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain information from various stakeholders.
  • Logical and Investigative Mind.
  • Good understanding of cash management work processes.
  • Orientation towards clients.
