Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Wisdom Learning Centre Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood educators to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in early childhood education.
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
