Job Summary

This Customer Support Coordinator role involves working closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth processing of customer orders. You'll be responsible for managing sample distribution, tracking samples for inventory adjustments, and providing backup in areas required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Ensure all US customer orders are entered with priority and followed through within requested timelines. Follow up with broker managers to verify purchase order information, including pricing, for accurate processing.
  • Invoice Processing: Complete ASN's and PO acknowledgements, verify invoice order sequence to ensure all invoice numbers are accounted for, and complete customer invoicing, including EDI invoicing.
  • Customer Communication: Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries, order status questions, and any high-priority issues. Provide knowledgeable answers to product, pricing, and availability questions.
  • Sample Management: Manage sample distribution and track samples for inventory adjustments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete customer listing forms, product maintenance forms as necessary, and filing of paid invoices when required.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years relevant experience an asset.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in Sage ERP an asset. Strong data entry skills, mathematical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and exceptional follow-through skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience: A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. CPG experience an asset. Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures an asset.

What We Offer

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Casual dress, company events, RRSP match.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
