Job Summary

MEDLOG Transport & Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support compliance activities at our company. This role involves ensuring the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Keep up to date with regulatory developments and industry standards, advising the company on necessary changes
• Develop, implement, and enforce the company's compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls
• Control the onboarding vendors and business partners' process
• Manage vendors capacity and performance
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and procedures
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are often preferred
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in transportation industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the company's operations in transportation and logistics
• Proficiency in compliance software and reporting tools
• Proficient knowledge of computers

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. The compensation package also includes a range of benefits and perks.
