Data Management Leader for Global Enterprise Solutions

KPMG Canada is seeking a seasoned Data Management Leader to join our team of professionals in the Technology Consulting (Information Management and Data & Analytics) practice. As part of our global network, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create value from data.

What You Will Do:
- Create and present data strategies, roadmaps, and data operating models to drive business growth.
- Lead assessments and improvements of clients' data quality to ensure accurate insights.
- Implement data management capabilities, ensuring seamless performance of cloud ERP systems.
- Migrate data while providing best practices and relevant experience with specific cloud ERP systems.
- Deploy modern data platforms in client ecosystems to secure 'trusted' analytics.
- Advisory on digital solutions for Document and Content Management.
- Develop and utilize technical knowledge to resolve complex client challenges.
- Plan and execute day-to-day activities of advisory engagements, including data strategy development, business process analysis, and future state process design.
- Lead business development through thought leadership presentations and proposal development.
What You Bring:
- A completed MBA or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Prior experience as a Senior Consultant or Manager in a consulting environment or within an organization.
- Exceptional communication skills for strategic solution presentation to director and operational levels.
- Problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for complex projects.
- Data quality analysis, transformation, mapping, and cleansing expertise.
- Team collaboration and innovation mindset.
- Knowledge of governance and data management standards, such as DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM.
- Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft, IGC, Snowflake.
- Industry-recognized designations/certifications, including PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, Azure Cloud Solution Architecture, CDMP.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally based on client and project requirements.
Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $127,000, with potential bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program and benefits package.
