Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are meeting sales targets.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is properly staffed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, including sales staff and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
