Mixology Professional

We are currently hiring an experienced Bartender to join our team at Tavern on the Green and Hillside Events. This is a fixed-term opportunity, with part-time and full-time hours available.

Tavern on the Green & Hillside Events is a unique hospitality venture owned by André Joseph Bourque and Ryan Richard Moreno. We strive to provide exceptional culinary experiences and genuine service to our guests.

• Execute food and drink orders in a timely manner, ensuring quality meets JRG standards.
• Communicate current promotions to guests and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Adhere to JRG Policies and Procedures, including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service.
• Assist with environment cleaning practices and maintain a safe working environment.

• Serving It Right Certification or equivalent knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Relevant industry experience paired with extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge.
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 preferred but not required.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
