Job Summary
As a Proactive Maintenance Strategist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., you will develop and implement a Proactive Maintenance Program based on sound RCM strategy. This role will facilitate communication between operations, production planning & reliability teams to ensure equipment is maintained with minimal production interruption.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing technical planning and scheduling for short and long-term objectives.
  • Recommending a logical work sequence and resource allocation.
  • Identifying and resolving potential problems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a mechanical, electrical, engineering, or technology graduate or 5 years of related maintenance trade work experience, 3-5 years' experience in preventative maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment, and strong organizational, planning/scheduling, and time management skills. SAP knowledge would be an asset, as would knowledge of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and strong MS Office computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
