Administrative Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at CANWEST PACIFIC TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
- Permanent full-time position.
