Food Service Supervisor

Join MAHI ONTARIO INC. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food service systems to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Manage food inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our food service operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure that our food service operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position requires fluency in English.
Work Conditions:This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
