Administrative Officer

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at Pro Star Truck Lube &Wash Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff, providing clear instructions and deadlines
- Establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliability and flexibility
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time
