Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
