Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at G- LINE TRANSPORT LTD. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

This role involves carrying out various administrative activities, co-ordinating office services, assisting in budget preparation, and assembling data for reports and manuals.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient implementation;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services;
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility, organization, and reliability;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to adapt quickly.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
