As a Manager, Provincial Initiatives, you will play a key role in overseeing the design and implementation of innovative strategies that deliver on this vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile strategies from inception to implementation, expansion planning, and evaluation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and decision-making to achieve common goals with senior executive-level stakeholders.
  • Execute plans on time and on budget, with province-wide impact and visibility.
  • Develop effective documentation to enable a comprehensive understanding of the evolving Patient Medical Home model of care and Primary Care Networks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or graduate university degree and/or recognized professional designation.
  • Up to six years of progressive and related experience, or an equivalent level of related work experience in lieu of post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of health regions, current issues, and trends, with experience working with health authorities, facilities, and physicians preferred.
  • Strong skills in diplomacy, conflict resolution, presentations, communications, facilitation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing landscape, meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
