Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Worker to join our team at M LeBlanc Lawn Care & Landscaping. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including backhoes, forklifts, front-end loaders, gravel or dump trucks, pick-up trucks, sod cutters, tractors, and weed trimmers/edgers.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
