Cloud Contact Center Engineer Opportunity

Software International is seeking a skilled Cloud-Based Contact Center Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, including omni-channel contact flows, routing and queues, prompts, and user management.
  2. Configure contact centre infrastructure in Amazon Dynamo DB.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Amazon Connect through AWS Lambda.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to optimize Amazon Connect solution performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and functionalities to continuously improve solutions.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to contact centre operations teams and end users.
  8. Additional experience with Amazon S3, Amazon LEX, AWS Glue, and AWS IAM services is a plus.
  9. Prior contact centre experience with Genesys development is highly desirable.
