We are seeking a skilled New Business Growth and Development Executive to join our team in Surrey, BC.

About the Role

As a New Business Growth and Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across Canada. You will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our leading employee benefits solutions as a better choice for their businesses.

Your Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold-calling and prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Position GroupHEALTH's employee benefits solutions as a better choice for their businesses, highlighting the unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Work closely with licensed advisors to set up appointments and facilitate sales conversations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office 365.
