We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team in the CEO Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in administration and leadership to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Job Description:
The Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing strategic administrative support to the CEO and the senior management team. This includes allocating resources, establishing policies and programs, representing the organization in official functions, and conducting performance reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews of employees.
- Financial Management: Administer budget and monitor financial control systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Development and Implementation: Develop and implement financial and operating plans.
- Personnel Development: Assist in the selection, evaluation, and professional development of personnel.
- Human Resources: Identify human resources requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in administration and leadership.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organized, and accurate.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
