Skilled Tradesperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project deadlines and budgets.
    • Oversee the preparation of building sites, ensuring they are safe and secure for construction teams.
    • Coordinate the installation of building materials, including wood, steel, and other materials.
    • Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure projects meet building codes and regulations.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Work Environment:

• Construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, with varying levels of noise, dust, and physical demands.
    • Sites may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and with heavy equipment.
