Emergency Medicine Physician

We are a group of enthusiastic ED physicians with CCFP-EM and FRCP certification, seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Cowichan District Hospital. Our Emergency Department sees a high volume of patients, and we are looking for someone to work Emergency Department shifts, including Day, Afternoon, Early Evening, Late Evening, and Overnight shifts, as well as RADU shifts.
Our Team
We are affiliated with the University of British Columbia's Island Medical Program and participate in teaching medical students and residents. We are also the pre-deployment readiness site for military physicians and PAs. Our team is tightly knit, with great collegial relationships across the acute and community settings, and an active and engaged Division of Family Practice and Medical Staff Association.
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including a Fee Premium of 4.2%.
