The successful candidate will support various residential construction projects by performing a range of duties, including:

  • Performing physical tasks on construction sites
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Operating and maintaining hand and power tools, punch press, and industrial machinery
  • Cleaning and preparing construction sites
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Manufacturing and custom fabrication of aluminum components for production of fences, railings, and gate products
  • Keeping manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt
  • Mixing, pouring, drilling, digging, and spreading materials such as concrete for installation of fencing, railing, and gates
  • Following instructions to operate machines, hold or supply materials and tools, and load and unload items from machines
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction or a related field
  • Knowledge of building codes and experience with both interior renovations and exterior renovations
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Proper attire for working in all outdoor conditions
  • A full G Class licence
  • The ability to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams
What We Offer:
