About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Secret City Records. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple album campaigns throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each release, ensuring successful completion with demonstrable results.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive, execute, coordinate, communicate, and deliver end-to-end actions on album campaigns.
  3. Provide clear and consistent communication, as well as facilitate the flow of information related to projects.
  4. Manage the overall quality, budget, and schedule for projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals.
  5. Develop and maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Past experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the music industry and the ability to engage with and learn about our artists and campaigns.
  • A skillset based in marketing, promotion, and sales, with the ability to market music, engage and build audiences, and leverage opportunities to connect impact points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with impeccable review processes and the ability to prioritize a full workload.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) with excellent oral and written communication skills, and a preference for collaboration on projects.
