As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Supervising other workers.
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
We provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Indigenous People:
We provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Work Environment:
