CS GROUP is a leading provider of digital services to the aerospace industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Montreal and expand our presence in Canada and North America.

Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with aerospace clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the aerospace industry and the ability to analyze market data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Manage and oversee key accounts or develop a market segment, with leadership and influence on the customer, with the appropriate teams. Implements account and prospecting plans.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Implement account and prospecting plans.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
    • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Promote our products and services effectively within the aerospace industry.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align strategies.
    • Facilitate customer visits to our sites and sales offices globally.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches.
    • Participate in the recruitment, assignment, and development of employees as needed.
  • Qualifications
    • Prior experience working with customers in the aerospace industry in a digital service company is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Availability for travel, including international.
    • Fluent in French and English (required).
