Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to assist with our financial tasks and provide exceptional support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate financial information, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and balance general ledgers, as well as generate financial statements.
  • Process journal entries and create statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Manage tax returns and office management tasks.
  • Coordinate accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or related field.

  • Heures de travail: 30 hours per week.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong time management and client focus skills.
  • Prompt and accurate in meeting deadlines.
