Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Transportation Specialist to join our NAPA Auto Parts team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting automotive parts and equipment to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parts and accessories to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify orders before and during delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Load and unload parts as required, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
